Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about providing the best experience to customers who are scaling their businesses with Klaviyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing themselves as the trusted advisor for ~40 customers, developing tailored success plans, and working cross-functionally to solve for customer goals and create a great customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer success experience
• Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users
• Creative problem solving for customers and end users
• Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference and email
• Curious and eager to learn
• Able to adapt in a quickly changing environment
