Director, GTM Finance

Klaviyo is looking for a strategic Director of GTM Finance to serve as the financial leader and thought partner to their global Go-to-Market organization. The role will own forecasting, planning, and performance management across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Finance roles, such as investment banking, venture capital including significant operational experience within FP&A or Finance at software companies with SaaS business model
• At least 3+ years of experience being a people leader
• A strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics and influence.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• A strong communicator who can challenge senior leaders constructively and build trust.
• Equally comfortable zooming into detailed models and zooming out to shape strategy.
