Engineering Manager, AI and App Engineering

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team across four key domains: IT Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Internal Applications, and Automations and Integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role at a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly on AI/ML systems
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to set technical strategy and drive engineering excellence
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML technologies
