Requirements
- Strategic Technical Leader: 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar.
- High-Level Technical Literacy: You possess a strong architectural understanding of modern web technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js, React) and practitioner-level understanding of how data is organized and moved (e.g. APIs, SDKs, iPaaS).
- Ecosystem Expert: You possess strong knowledge in several of the following domains, with a proven ability to quickly learn new areas: marketing automation tools, customer data platforms (CDPs), e-commerce systems, mobile applications, analytics, ad tech, and data science.
- Executive Presence & Communication: You are an open, persuasive, yet honest communicator. You have a wide range, able to deliver value to stakeholders at all levels - from director to developer - with the ability to influence technical decision-makers and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Sales Mindset: You are driven by customer outcomes. You understand how to navigate multi-threaded, complex enterprise deals and are familiar with, or can quickly learn, structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
