Sales Manager, Mid-Market

We are looking for a Sales Leader to help lay the foundation of Klaviyo's Mid-Market and Enterprise team for Asia in Singapore. This is a newly created role on the landing team, offering a rare opportunity to shape team culture, the mid-enterprise sales motion, and execution from the ground up as we scale across APAC.

Requirements

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Enterprise Account Executives
• Coach reps through regular 1:1s, territory plans, deal plans, and skill development sessions
• Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health
• Drive outbound strategy and execution for mid-enterprise accounts
• Set clear weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual new business goals
• Collaborate relentlessly cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales Enablement, Legal, and Customer teams
• Support reps in navigating complex deal structures
• Build and evolve a scalable coaching and training framework
