Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the final phase of implementation, transition to steady-state operations, and ongoing optimization of the company's planning & forecasting tool (Pigment). The role will combine ownership of FP&A systems with core FP&A responsibilities, including management reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, FP&A Systems, or Operations roles within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong grounding in system integrations, data flows, and financial planning processes (forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, reporting, ad-hoc analysis)
- Hands-on experience with FP&A planning tools (Pigment preferred; Planful, OneStream, Anaplan, or Adaptive also relevant)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and proactive about automation and AI in FP&A
- Clear communicator who can bridge business, systems, and data teams
