Sr. Financial Planner and Analyst

The Senior FP&A analyst plays a primary role in the monthly and quarterly P&L variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting process at Cytek Biosciences. This role will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and quarterly financials, budget, quarterly and long range forecasts.

Requirements

• Proactively and effectively partner with various stakeholders across the enterprise
• Lead and support business teams with the annual operating budget and forecast processes
• Manage the preparation of monthly variance analysis of actuals to forecast and budget
• Participate in monthly close process (accruals, reviews, journal entries) and review meetings with business partners
• Identify business process improvement opportunities, develop solution options, engage management and stakeholders to align on decisions, implement approved plans, and revise operating procedures to reflect changes
• Research and respond timely and accurately to business partner inquiries
• Evaluate profit plans, operating records, and financial statements
• Prepare various presentations for various leadership teams
• Improve ERP and Business Planning Tool reporting by creating or streamlining existing reporting processes
• Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
• Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of M&A activities, Cytek leadership team, and special projects
• Partner with stakeholders and assist in developing, communicating and achieving operating plans
