Klaviyo is looking for a Sr. Proposal Manager to lead the charge in building and scaling their RFP response function. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams.

- 5+ years of experience managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams
- Exceptional project management skills, including being organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple complex deliverables under tight timelines
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong instinct for tailoring content to different audiences
- Collaborative and low-ego, with the ability to bring people together to get things done and chase down answers or ask for help
- Systems-minded and always looking for ways to improve the process, whether that's introducing a new tool, optimizing workflows, or creating better documentation
- Understanding of the nuances of enterprise buying processes and what it takes to compete in a crowded market
