Job Description
KBR is seeking a Sr Proposal Manager to support the development of strategic and GSA/FEDSIM proposals, including managing proposal development efforts and leading oral proposal development efforts. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Capture and Solutioning team and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality proposals that meet the client's needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of experience
- Experience with GSA AAS (FEDSIM) and other complex proposals for large efforts (>$200M)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SharePoint
