You’ll deeply understand our users, translate that understanding into intuitive and beautiful experiences, and hold a high bar on both UX quality and visual craft.

- Experience simplifying complex, multi-persona B2B SaaS workflows
- Motion design and micro-interaction skills
- Experience with competitive intelligence, sales enablement, or related B2B domains
- Prior experience mentoring junior designers or shaping design culture on a small team
