Job Description
We are looking for a Data & Insights Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping how our stores operate, perform and deliver for customers. You will partner closely with operational and workforce leaders to turn complex data into clear, trusted and decisionâready insights. This role is about driving outcomes - influencing priorities, optimising productivity and cost, and helping leaders make confident, evidenceâbased decisions at scale.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a senior data, analytics or insights role within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working across complex operational and workforce datasets.
- Proven experience building decisionâready dashboards and reporting using Power BI, with SQL or similar coding capability to extract and validate data.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise and practical insights for senior stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of how data connects to operational performance, productivity and cost outcomes.
- Confidence partnering with and influencing senior leaders through insight, not authority.
- A commercially minded, curious and proactive approach, with the ability to operate effectively in fastâpaced environments with competing priorities.
