As Australia’s biggest and most loved retailer, we’re seeking a Department Manager to join our team at Kmart Cairns Central. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager in a big box or high-volume retail environment and a passion for delivering results that motivate their team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a manager across either a big box or high-volume retail environment
- A passion for delivering results that will motivate your team
- Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
- Ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
