Requirements
- Lead a team of Regional Strategic Partnership Managers and Sales team members
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed team goals
- Manage targets and performance of Regional strategic partnership managers
- Train and coach high-performing Sales Managers, Strategic Partnerships Managers, and Connectors/Independent Consultants
- Analyze issues and optimize coordination and communication with other business functions
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers
- Manage performance of team members and uphold a performance-driven culture
