Job Description
As a Lead Generation Associate, you will assist KMC's Sourcing Team to generate talent leads using various sourcing channels and market job openings aligned with the branding of KMC. You will be responsible for curating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, creating email marketing campaigns, and coordinating with the Marketing Team and/or 3rd Party partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing or equivalent
- Fresh graduate with Recruitment immersion from a BPO or Shared Services
- Experience in Sourcing & Recruitment is a plus
- Experience in Social Media Management is a plus
- Proficient in using MS Tools (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of Sourcing & Recruitment processes
