As a Leads Processing Associate, you will provide administrative and operational support to various sourcing & recruitment processes, including pre-screening of resumes, initial interview coordination, and job postings to all job boards & maintenance of sourcing mailboxes.
Requirements
- Working closely with the Leads Generation Team to create a solid talent pipeline for all KMC requisitions
- Attending Client Calibration to have an in-depth understanding of a requisition
- Performing in-house search using the Applicant Tracking System for potential candidates
- Handling basic screening via paper/resume screening and/or phone interview
- Determining the availability and confirming virtual interviews with candidates and recruiters
- Utilizing an applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates and coordinating the interview schedule
- Contacting and scheduling applicants for assessment and processing and ensuring a robust and adequate daily applicant flow
- Providing support in managing our KMC Talent Referral Program
- Assisting in Job Fairs/Virtual Job Fairs, Job Caravan, and Open House activities coordination/organization
- Other administrative and or Sourcing & Recruitment tasks to help the Talent Acquisition Team
