Job Description
The Operations Support Coordinator assists all areas of Operations Support with onboarding, coordination, and scheduling of training and team events. Completes other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Complete system Onboarding for all hourly New Hires within the teams
- Coordinate and schedule all training and team events
- Assist with managing timecards for US-based hourly employees
- Assist with schedule changes/adjustments for the team
- Administer basic employee and location updates/adjustments within designated systems
- Assist with ticketing system and tickets assigned to the team
- Audit and track purchase charges and approvals in our expense report system
