As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Payscale, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team by identifying and engaging top talent. You’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, creating talent pipelines, and conducting preliminary interviews to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience
- Proven ability to identify and engage with top talent across various departments
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and CRM/ATS platforms
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, and other creative avenues to attract talent
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach
- Passion for finding great talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Strong team mindset with a desire to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with Salesforce, Payfactors, and Zoom is a plus
