Eightcap is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing clients. The role involves communicating with prospective and current clients, managing client onboarding and account maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese are an advantage
- Strong customer service experience, preferably within the financial services or trading industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective, solution-oriented support
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading products is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Experience using CRM systems or customer support platforms
- Familiarity with online trading platforms, CFD/FX products, or other financial instruments is an advantage
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
