Job Description
IT Service Desk Associate to provide technical and helpdesk support for IT Service Desk. The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, at least 2 years of experience in technical and helpdesk support, and proficiency in IT Service Management tools and platforms. The role also requires good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to work on site and on a shifting schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or similar course
- At least 2 years working experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
- Proficient in IT Service Management tools and platforms
- Must have a practical and logical viewpoint in decision-making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on site SM Aura
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Available to start ASAP
