Job Description
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of North Carolina is seeking a Criminal Legal Assistant to support Assistant United States Attorneys in the Criminal Division. The role involves preparing legal documents, supporting trial preparation, maintaining case files and records, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Proficient with office technology
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Skilled in word processing & data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Valid state driver’s license
- Physically located within the general geographic commuting radius of the USAO office
