Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of North Carolina in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves preparing legal documents, supporting trial preparation, maintaining case files and records, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Proficient with office technology
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Skilled in word processing & data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Valid state driver’s license
- Two years in a professional office environment
- Experience in document management and review, and file management systems
