Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT or outsourcing environments
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and employer branding across platforms
- Experience building or maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards and reports
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market
