Job Description
Seeking a Sr Performance Engineer with 7+ years of experience in support and monitoring for large applications, expertise in performance monitoring tools, and experience with complex web development projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across multiple technology disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in support and monitoring role for large applications
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Dynatrace etc and log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana etc
- Experience working with complex Web development projects
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in supporting large-scale applications
- Agile methodology/deliveries
- Ability to identify issues quickly and resolve
- Good understanding of ITIL process
- Expertise in Application delivery process
- Experience/Expert knowledge in converting monolithic applications to APIs
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and APIGEE
- Experience with DevOps, Agile, automation & Cloud implementation strategies
- Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause in application code
- Exposure and working knowledge on No SQL database, relational databases systems MS SQL Server or similar RDBMS
- Ability to work both independently and collaboration with team
- Strong technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
