Lead and shape the global IT Project Management organization, enabling successful delivery of complex software implementation projects across international locations. Develop and empower Team Leads and IT Project Managers, build a strong leadership culture and foster continuous professional growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software or IT project management in complex technical environments
• Experience in leading project management organizations or multiple project teams
• Combination of strategic leadership with a deep understanding of project delivery and governance
• Experience in working in international and cross-functional environments
• Strong capabilities in organizational development, stakeholder management and leadership communication
• Ideally, knowledge of intralogistics systems or complex software solutions
