• Oversee global project portfolio from a project management perspective
• Ensure transparency regarding performance, risks, and resource availability
• Enable efficient resource and capacity management across all locations
• Define and be responsible for the budget of the global IT project management organization
• Serve as a senior escalation partner for complex project situations
• Support sustainable solutions together with the Implementation Leadership Team
• Represent the global IT project management organization in leadership forums
• Ensure cross-functional coordination and strengthen end-to-end project execution
• Combine strategic leadership competencies with a deep understanding of project governance and delivery processes
• Experience in software or IT project management in complex technical environments
• Experience leading project management organizations or multiple project teams
• Strong skills in organizational development, stakeholder management, and leadership communication
• Ideal: knowledge of intralogistics systems or complex software solutions
