Kneip Straßen-, Rohr- und Kabelleitungstiefbau GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Project Manager for cable laying trench construction in Dortmund, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and experience in project management or trench construction projects.

Requirements

• Independent planning and coordination of construction projects in cable laying trench construction
• Monitoring of construction sites and ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Technical supervision of civil engineers
• Preparation of measurements, invoices and supplements
• Setup, security and clearance of construction sites
• Conducting quality control and adhering to safety standards
• Collaboration with clients and subcontractors
• Safe handling of common MS-Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge of software, for example in AVA or Extranet
• Independent and responsible working style
• High level of reliability, flexibility and willingness to act
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Valid driver's license, class B
