Annuity Values Processor

The Knights of Columbus is seeking an Annuity Values Processor to review and process requests for surrenders and partial withdrawals from annuity contracts, research policy details, and respond to internal and external inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3-5 years of experience working with insurance and annuity policies
• Knowledge of KofC retirement plans/products, insurance and annuity plans/products
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Basic mathematical skills
• Knowledge of tax laws regarding annuity products
• Data entry skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
