Job Description
The Director of Fixed Annuity Pricing will lead the Annuity Pricing team in executing crediting rate actions across individual annuity products, developing strategies to balance profit targets with sales goals, and monitoring emerging profitability.
Requirements
- Actuarial designation (CERA, ASA, FSA) is required
- High-energy individual who brings positivity and optimism to their work
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize and lead execution of multiple tasks
