Job Description
Join KnowBe4 as a Customer Success Intern and support the Customer Success team in delivering a great customer experience. The internship is designed for someone who's eager to learn consultative customer engagement, onboarding best practices, and customer health/adoption management in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)
- Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
- IT experience/exposure is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Fluent in Mandarin
