Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler will coordinate daily maintenance activities, support planned outages and major overhauls, manage contractor work scopes, and maintain the plant’s CMMS system (Maximo preferred) to maximize plant availability and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Develop detailed maintenance work packages and job plans
• Coordinate planned outages, shutdowns, and major maintenance overhauls
• Utilize CMMS (Maximo preferred) to manage work orders, schedules, and maintenance history
• Monitor equipment performance and assist with root cause analysis for equipment failures
• Support predictive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives
• Coordinate vendors and contractors during maintenance and outage activities
• Prepare scopes of work, evaluate bids, and assist with contractor selection
• Track maintenance budgets, materials, and spare parts inventory
• Work with plant leadership to maintain maintenance schedules for turbines and major equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
