Course Developer & Skills Coach – Artificial Intelligence & Automation Practitioner (Level 4 Apprenticeship)

Course Developer & Skills Coach is a full-time remote position that requires experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation. The role involves designing and delivering a Level 4 Apprenticeship program for Artificial Intelligence & Automation Practitioners. Requirements

• Occupational competence in AI-enabled productivity, automation, digital operations, workflow optimisation, or related fields.
• Experience designing and sequencing curriculum, training materials, or learning content.
• Experience coaching or mentoring professionals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
