Job Description
We are seeking a Course Developer & Skills Coach to create a Level 4 Apprenticeship program in Artificial Intelligence & Automation. The successful candidate will design and deliver curriculum, facilitate online workshops, and provide one-to-one coaching to learners.
Requirements
- Occupational competence in AI-enabled productivity, automation, digital operations, workflow optimisation, or related fields.
- Experience designing and sequencing curriculum, training materials, or learning content.
- Experience coaching or mentoring professionals.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
