Director, Client Experience

We are seeking a Director, Client Experience to lead our approach to full-funnel, 360 advertising on a new and exciting account, and to oversee the health and growth of our client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at an advertising or marketing agency
• Experience leading top-tier client accounts
• End-to-end project management experience
• Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business problems
• Proven experience building deep relationships with clients
