Known is seeking a Vice President of Client Experience to drive business transformation and growth through strategic partnerships with visionary brands. Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with a significant tenure at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte)
- Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into actionable marketing and customer experience plans
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
