Product Manager

Kodem is the context-based application security platform delivering end-to-end protection from code to runtime. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Kodem’s AppSec platform by owning key parts of the product end-to-end.

Requirements

• Own product features end-to-end: from research and ideation to delivery, adoption, and support
• Work closely with R&D, UX, and management to turn ideas into clear, actionable specs
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions
• Collaborate with our UX team to design intuitive experiences for multiple personas
• Run beta programs to collect feedback and ensure high-quality releases
• Lead customer discovery interviews and validation cycles to ensure solutions fit real workflows
• Use KPIs, usage metrics, and customer insights to make informed product decisions
• Create clear documentation, requirements, and presentations to align everyone around a shared vision
• Work in fast-paced, agile cycles with a startup mindset and high ownership
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to help shape your product area
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and help prioritize what delivers the most impact
