Senior Product Manager

Kodem is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead major product areas across their AppSec platform, owning high-impact initiatives end-to-end. The role requires deep technical understanding, product thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience writing PRDs, technical specs, and customer-facing documentation
• Demonstrated success owning and delivering complex technical products end-to-end
• Strong strategic thinking
• Deep technical understanding of modern development workflows
• Experience working directly with engineering, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Able to navigate ambiguity and provide structure in complex problem spaces
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to run discovery and validation programs with customers at scale
• Strong collaboration skills with external facing positions
• High ownership, self-starter mentality, and ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments
• Experience driving alignment across teams and managing complex cross-functional projects
• Tech-savvy and AI-savvy, with curiosity for learning and exploring deep technical domains
