Job Description
At Kognity, we're a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 120+ countries, and we're looking for an AI Media Workflow Designer to build AI-driven media workflows for educational content creation and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience designing and owning end-to-end AI workflow systems
- Advanced AI systems fluency, including troubleshooting, optimisation, and scaling beyond pilot workflows
- Strong hands-on multimedia production experience, translating creative intent into structured high-quality outputs
- Experience implementing evaluation logic, guardrails, or rubric-based systems within production workflows
