Job Description
Assistant Store Manager responsible for overseeing store operations and merchandising, providing excellent customer service, and developing associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes. Must ensure sound operational processes, drive accuracy, and lead efforts at point of sale and customer service departments. Leads execution of pricing activities, supports prevention of loss, and manages training processes for new hires.
