Role Overview

The Vice President, Internal Audit is a senior enterprise leader responsible for leading Kohler Co.'s Internal Audit function and serving as a trusted advisor to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

Lead the development and execution of a risk-based internal audit strategy, ensure effective use of resources, drive continuous improvement in audit quality and productivity, and develop high-performing audit talent.
