Claude AI & Automation Specialist LATAM

The Claude AI & Automation Specialist is a lead-level individual contributor responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and deep working knowledge of Claude across every function within Koin’s multi-brand e-commerce business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Claude and/or similar AI platforms
• Proven track record of using AI to automate business processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design, test, and iterate on complex prompts for diverse use cases
• Experience designing and building agent-based workflows including sub-agents and orchestration agents
• Experience training and upskilling non-technical team members in AI tools and workflows
• Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts including triggers, conditions, data mapping, and error handling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into automatable steps
