Director Finance Transformation

Join Komatsu and be part of something big as the Director, Enterprise Finance Transformation. This role will lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives and drive consistent process adoption across regions and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years in finance leadership roles, with prior experience in finance transformation or ERP-related roles
• Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional finance change initiatives
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), financial processes, and shared services models
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment capabilities
