Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a direct report
- Advanced knowledge of human resources related laws, regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other human resources data tools
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time
