Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) II

Komline is a pioneering leader in advanced separation technologies, and this HRBP II role will support the Diversified Water segment by providing HR support to leadership and employees across operations in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Address Human Resource related inquiries
• Develop and implement Human Resource policies
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Ensure HR activities comply with state and federal laws
• Process enrollments and changes for health insurance and other benefits
• Ensure accurate entry of labor hours for payroll processing
• Support recruitment efforts
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource team
