Job Description
The HR Business Partner will support the daily HR functions of Piping Rock's Ronkonkoma facilities, assisting with benefits, associate relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay poised under pressure and demonstrated strong judgement
- Can multi-task and is highly organized
- Ability to travel to engagement events with overnight travel
