Komline is a leading provider of engineered solutions for industrial and environmental markets, delivering high-performance equipment across various industries. The Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer will be responsible for representing Komline's Aftermarket parts and service, managing customer relationships, and driving the complete sales cycle within assigned geographic territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience
- Minimum 4 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, capital equipment, aftermarket parts/service, or engineered solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, technical sales cycles
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts and equipment specifications to diverse audiences
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to establish credibility and trust with technical and operational personnel
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (50-75%) including overnight trips and occasional weekend travel
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
