Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key service customers for Western Sydney Region. The role is responsible for managing long-term customer relationships, maximising service revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow KONE's share of the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
• Experience in services, building products, construction or technical industries
• Strong customer-centric mindset and deliver value-based solutions
• Commercially astute with sound understanding of profitability, forecasting and sales funnel management
