Head of Performance and Reward for Americas, responsible for implementing and driving the use of KONE reward, benefit, recognition and performance management policies, guidelines, processes, systems, and practices throughout the Area.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience, with 7+ years in compensation and/or benefits, and 5+ years leading people and developing talent;
- HR Business Partner experience a plus;
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred;
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly preferred;
- PHR/SPHR a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Proven success and experience implementing best practice processes in compensation, benefits, and other human resources administrative areas;
- Policy creation and administration;
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook) and enterprise human resource capital systems;
- Strong project management skills;
- LEAN Six Sigma training and mind set preferred;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Customer Focus – Demonstrates interpersonal savvy, works collaboratively and builds relationships with all customers, domestic and global, and across the organization;
- Problem Solving – Possess the ability to look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical root cause analysis to solve difficult problems;
- Organizational Agility – Demonstrates ability to effectively service customers who have competing priorities and to become knowledgeable of the various cultures within the organization that drive the customer’s desires;
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information;
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, French a plus
