KONE is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of recruiters in Mexico City and beyond, responsible for building strong relationships and hiring qualified candidates for operative and staff roles in Mexico.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing a team and working with recruitment contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, talent marketing, and other HR technologies
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations, and best practices in Mexico
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
