Program Manager

Koniag Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and ensure the success of this effort for our government client. This critical role will oversee the transformation of technology infrastructure, managing a large team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT program management.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary liaison between Koniag Technology Solutions and the client, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to modernize existing applications and develop new applications utilizing DevSecOps, cloud-native coding, and scaled Agile methodologies
• Lead the transformation to cloud-first architectures that support large-scale/real-time data processing and AI/ML implementation
• Manage the execution of all contract task areas including contract management, project management, systems engineering, applications management, and advanced data science
• Establish and monitor program metrics, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
• Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential issues
• Guide organizational change management efforts to support the transformation to DevSecOps practices
• Coordinate collaborative efforts across contractors, federal personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
• Provide regular status reporting to executive leadership and government stakeholders
