Requirements

• Leadership: Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion.
• Client Relations: Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication.
• Compliance: Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables.
• Energy Management: Primary liaison for energy performance standards.
• Safety: Promote safe work environments.
